For a relaxing and fun event, we can grill at your site a variety of steaks, links, ribs, chicken, hamburgers or hot dogs. We can provide authentic Jamiacan style pulled pork, awesome Barbados style roasted whole chickens, and the best braised or smoked brisket in town!

We can also take it up a notch and roast a whole pig at your site! This is great for a Caribbean theme, Hawaiian Luau, Carolina or Texas style barbecue. We can provide up to a 100 pound hog, the roasting equipment, variety of side items and uniformed staff. Typically we will add roasted chicken, smoked pork shoulder or other meats, and a variety of side items to accompany the theme. The whole hog events are a lot of fun!

We smoke our own meats in house using our own spices and rubs, so our quality is always consistent. We can bring in tents, grills and anything you might need to make it a No Worries Event!
